Fundamental Supervisory Skills is made possible through a grant from the Illinois Community College Board to advance Workforce Training.
Supervisors are uniquely positioned in the organization. In this session, explore the role of supervisor and better understand where authority begins and ends. Reflect upon and grow your influence in order to empower your direct reports to take personal responsibility for their task completion. Gain new perspectives on coaching, motivation, and accountability. Leave with greater confidence in your supervisory style and more comfortable in your link between the frontline and management.

Public Safety Dispatch Training

The program combines hybrid instruction, with required in-person classroom sessions and online coursework, to provide both practical and theoretical knowledge. Students will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard dispatch software, learn emergency communication protocols, and develop the critical decision-making skills needed in high-pressure situations.
Class Dates are Tuesday and Thursday Evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm
