Using learned knowledge about basic plant biotechnology and breeding, as well as protein expression, students will solve the ELISA mystery and catch the culinary culprit! In the next experiment, Here we learn the basic structure of plant cells and DNA helices. Students will be introduced to basic laboratory procedures and will perform a simple DNA extraction from a strawberry. In this class, students will get to experience hands-on activities in the laboratory environment! Space is limited, so register early!
