Kaskaskia College

Put your yoga knowledge into practice with a beginner-friendly movement class focused on strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and mindful movement. Participants will apply the principles introduced in Foundations while building confidence through guided practice. 

Participants should bring a yoga mat, water and a towel. Optional items would be any preferred supportive items such as yoga blocks, knee pads or straps.

This class will meet on the following Thursdays: 10/22, 10/29, 11/5 & 11/12.
