Refund Policy PDFThe program combines hybrid instruction, with required in-person classroom sessions and online coursework, to provide both practical and theoretical knowledge. Students will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard dispatch software, learn emergency communication protocols, and develop the critical decision-making skills needed in high-pressure situations. 

Class Dates are Tuesday and Thursday Evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm

The new class dates are June 16/23/25/30  July 7/9/14/16/21/23/28/30 August 4/6
