In just one fun-filled session, students will learn how to play chess from start to finish! Checkmate in a Day introduces the basics of the board, piece movement, and simple winning strategies through hands-on play and interactive challenges. By the end of class, students will be confidently playing their own games—and each participant will take home their very own chessboard to keep practicing and playing with family and friends!
